Commissions

A 40% deposit is due when the work begins, I will provide a commission contract with payment and delivery terms outlined.

Please note: During busy times, a small deposit to secure your slot may be requested, this will then be deducted from the first portion of your payment.

The remainder is due on delivery.

Commissions are non-refundable, but I will do my best to ensure you are happy with your piece. Always reach out with questions or concerns. I am happy to send updates during the process as well.

 

Payment

All purchases made through corynn.com or studiocorynn.com are in Canadian funds. Purchases made through Eventeny are in US funds.

Canadian payment can be made through email money transfer. You will be provided a receipt via email through Square point of sale.

Payments are processed securely through Square, Stripe, or Paypal.  Neither Square, Stripe nor Paypal share banking information with this store.

Returns and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on stocked inventory

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
